Vocational training — Dual Learning

26 weeks of dual learning at an accredited training company. Four days a week you work on a real construction site under the guidance of a master craftsman. One day a week classroom guidance. You learn by doing — and you earn from day one.

Practice-based Certification

After completing the programme you receive a regionally recognised certificate and a digital Skills Passport. The certificate proves your craftsmanship. The Skills Passport shows employers what you can actually do — concrete and practical.

How it works

The dual learning model is the core of your programme. No classroom desks all day — you simply do it.

On the construction site

Four days a week you work at an accredited training company. You do the real work, alongside craftspeople who guide you.
