The curriculum
4 phases, 40 weeks
A practice-based programme of 40 weeks, built in four consecutive phases. You start with safety and basic skills, progress to infrastructure and construction, and finish with specialisation on real projects — always under the guidance of a master craftsman.
1–10
Construction & Safety Fundamentals
Week 1 to 10
- Workplace safety and PPE use
- Basic construction techniques and material knowledge
- Measuring, setting out and levelling
- Introduction to infrastructure and earthworks
- Digital tools on the construction site
11–25
Infrastructure & Construction Practice
Week 11 to 25
- Concrete work and foundation techniques
- Steel structures and reinforcement
- Road construction and drainage
- Reading construction drawings and plans
- Quality control and reporting
26–40
Specialisation & Completion
Week 26 to 40
- Project-based work on real construction sites
- Coordination with master craftsman and team
- Sustainable construction methods and innovation
- Final assessment preparation
- Skills Passport and certification
