The curriculum

4 phases, 40 weeks

A practice-based programme of 40 weeks, built in four consecutive phases. You start with safety and basic skills, progress to infrastructure and construction, and finish with specialisation on real projects — always under the guidance of a master craftsman.

Construction & Safety Fundamentals
Week 1 to 10
  • Workplace safety and PPE use
  • Basic construction techniques and material knowledge
  • Measuring, setting out and levelling
  • Introduction to infrastructure and earthworks
  • Digital tools on the construction site

11–25
Infrastructure & Construction Practice
Week 11 to 25
  • Concrete work and foundation techniques
  • Steel structures and reinforcement
  • Road construction and drainage
  • Reading construction drawings and plans
  • Quality control and reporting
Phase 2 practical assessment
26–40
Specialisation & Completion
Week 26 to 40
  • Project-based work on real construction sites
  • Coordination with master craftsman and team
